Kinsey did some sex studies but I dunno how much was about kink factor. I'm sure SOMEONE has done kink based research..look on Google Scholar or something. You may have to be more specific.."kink" is kinda broad and they would have had to operationally define exactly what "kink" is for the purpose of the study.

Okay, I tried to think of anyone else but I can't, lol.
Anyone who is kinky isn't likely to think kink could ever be unnecessary and anyone who isn't kinky already thinks it isn't necessary.
I guess we are the only ones weird enough to think like this. :)
I've actually thought quite a lot about his comments. I wonder how few people have been kinky and actually left it behind.
There really does need to be a kink institute that studies the behaviours of kinky people (in terms of statistics). That would be awesome. :D
